Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate and partner directly with Field Sales organization on business planning and analytics
  • Provide effective support for the field sales team by responding to all requests in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
  • Track and report on Key Performance Indicators related to specific business function
  • Drive organizational change through the identification and support implementation of best practices, processes and tools to ensure effective workflow, consistent process execution and unified approaches that maximize sales support execution, quality and effectiveness.
  • Participate in all team functions and initiatives. Actively support a positive, collaborative & inclusive team culture.
  • Foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.
  • Ad-hoc support for various project teams to drive sales, improvements or cost savings.
  • Effectively and comfortably participate in meetings with Senior Management teams
  • Manage complex national/regional RFPs, including financial modeling/analytics

What we’re looking for in you:

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience : 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business support role
  • Problem Solving Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail & ability to translate business needs into digestible solutions
  • Technical Acumen : Advanced PC application skills: MS Office Suite, Tableau or Power BI, SalesForce and exposure to programming language (SQL, Python, etc.)
  • Research and Innovation : Demonstrated ability to stay current with the latest advancements in AI and apply innovative solutions to real-world problems.
  • Data Handling : Expertise in data preprocessing, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
  • Collaboration & Communication : Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Desire to work in a high paced collaborative, teamwork-oriented environment
  • Project Management : Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be$ to $ ,plus variable compensation governed by Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
