  • Lead a high-performing sales team: Guide a motivated sales team, fostering ongoing performance development.
  • Manage corporate sales plan and brand standards: Maintain product knowledge, utilize CRM systems and tools, promote innovation and learning while ensuring brand management standards.
  • Champion excellence and continuous improvement: Ensure Tesla brand standards, promote best practices, maintain product knowledge, and utilize Tesla's CRM system for accurate reports.
What You’ll Bring
  • Significant managerial experience in B2B or commercial sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and goals
  • Exceptional time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and adhere to critical deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Passionate dedication and an ethical approach to sales management and operations
  • The ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a trusted partner
  • solid knowledge of appropriate financial options and incentives
  • Fluency in English and the local language
