We're currently searching for Operator who is responsible for performing operations related to the manufacturing and/or packaging of pharmaceutical products through equipment set-up, operation, clean-up and maintenance in compliance with all regulatory cGMP requirements and company policies and procedures.

How you’ll spend your day
  • Learn and master the manufacturing and/or packaging process by following approved batch records, work instructions, and SOPs.
  • Set up, change over, program, and operate a variety of manufacturing and packaging equipment.
  • Keep facilities, equipment, and tools clean and ready for use, always following SOPs and quality standards.
  • Accurately complete all required production and packaging documentation.
  • Stay up to date with training requirements and maintain 100% compliance in all assignments.
  • Work safely and efficiently by following company policies, cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and batch record instructions.
  • Take ownership of your work area by keeping it organized, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Support the team by performing additional duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Your experience and qualifications

Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that fulfills the position’s requirements will be considered.

Education/Certification/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food processing, or manufacturing environment preferred.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Ability to receive instruction, follow directions, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with cGMP requirements and ability to maintain compliance with SOPs, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Hands-on ability to operate, set up, change over, and troubleshoot manufacturing or packaging equipment.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to complete accurate documentation and follow established processes.
  • Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment in routine to semi-routine tasks.
  • Willingness and ability to work night shifts (Shift C: Tue–Thu, 6:00 p.m.–6:15 a.m.) and maintain flexibility as needed.
  • Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance if needed), and perform repetitive motions as part of daily operations.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Constant standing and walking for extended periods at workstations or near equipment.
  • Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching during daily operations.
  • Occasional sitting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive wrist/hand motions.
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally, and more than 50 lbs with assistance.
  • Visual acuity to perform equipment operation, inspection of small parts, documentation review, and computer-based tasks.
  • Work performed in a controlled manufacturing environment compliant with cGMP and safety standards.

The total compensation may also include restricted stock units and discretionary awards, depending on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $40,880 - $53,655 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
