The IC3 Data Platform aspires to providehighly reliable, available, low latency, self-service data processing, analytical capabilities, and high value data models for IC3 and M365 services to improve product features that address business opportunities, reduce Go to Market time and engineering effort required to manage data infrastructure.

real-time data processing ability inside IC3DP to serve customer-facing business scenarios with extremely low latency requirements. In includes following areas: (1) Call Troubleshooting: Empower Teams tenant admins with reactive and proactive call troubleshooting ability. (2) Voice Application Analytics: Help Voice Application supervisorsauto attendant, call queue and agent real-time call volume change. (3) Self-onboarding API Platform: Support any new API creation inside IC3DP within hours by configuration. To align with the next generation call troubleshooting ability, we are also working on a CoPilot infrastructure along with ML-based algorithms forbad qualitycall root cause analysis. Storage type evolution for COGs and efficiency is also an area we are keeping exploring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience

• 5+ years of backend software development experience in the commercial software industry.

• Ability to communicate in English, written and verbal.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
  • OR related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript,
  • OR Python

• A working, understanding of agile practices is a plus.

• Build and/or infrastructure experience is a plus.

• Experience on Big Data or deep understanding of different databases is a plus.

• ML/AI model training or application experience is a plus but not necessary
