Job responsibilities

  • Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
  • Creates complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design frameworks
  • Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others
  • Leads evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability for use within existing systems and information architecture
  • Leads communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness and use of new and leading-edge technologies
  • Advises cross-functional teams on technological matters within your domain of expertise
  • Serves as the function’s go-to subject matter expert
  • Contributes to the development of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologies
  • Creates durable, reusable software frameworks that are leveraged across teams and functions
  • Influences leaders and senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams
  • Champions the firm’s culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise.
  • Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
  • Advanced knowledge of software application development and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
  • Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex technology problems in one or more technical disciplines
  • Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security
  • Strong Salesforce development experience with hands on knowledge of LWC, Aura Components and Apex
  • Strong understanding of declarative automation features within the platform
  • Strong understanding of the sales & service process to better align changes to the CRM platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Version/Source Control and Continuous Integration tools, and DevOps principles, and Salesforce Financial Service cloud , Lightning Scheduler and Marketing cloud.
  • Practical cloud native experience
  • Experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Application Development work in Agile environment preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.
  • Application Architect and System Architect certifications would be an advantage.
  • Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and ability to interpret system / business requirements and prepare specification and design document.
  • Understanding of the sales process to better align changes to the CRM platform.
