What you’ll be doing:

• Handling customer complaints

• Performing hand-on failure analysis on system and board product.

• Summarizing findings from analysis and working with cross-functional teams to drive for root cause and corrective actions

• Utilizing data analysis tools for compiling ad-hoc or regular reports on product quality

What we need to see:

• B.Eng. degree or above (Electronics / Computer Engineering related) or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Application Engineering / Test field

• Familiar with GPU architecture and technology

• Experienced in board and system level failure analysis and debug

• Familiar with system level test

• Experienced in test equipment bring up

• Verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

• Excellent problem-solving skills

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Knowledge of Board FA

• Good Knowledge of GPU/CPU product infrastructure and test methodology

• Strong technical/debug skills in test equipment and test program troubleshooting
