What you’ll do:
As an Emerging Commerce Solutions Catalyst, your core job is to engage with transaction banking clients and internal stakeholders to identify mutually achievable outcomes, growth opportunities and generate a point-of-view. You then take the outcome of this initial discovery work all the way to execution either via new solution build or aligning existing solutions with client needs.
You will work with clients (global) across a variety of industries and products. You bring a consultant mindset, are curious by nature and have an entrepreneurial viewpoint. You are a strategic professional who stays abreast of advances in your field and apply these to your job. You are commercially focused and able to translate ideas into commercially relevant propositions.
What we’ll need from you:
We are looking for a driven, self-starter to lead strategic initiatives, drive business objectives and manage key stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast, un-structured environment, demonstrates leadership through maturity, analytical thinking and a track record of delivery of results. The role offers a breadth of exposure across transaction banking (products and clients), high visibility with senior leadership and an opportunity to make a tangible impact.
