Lead financial due diligence engagements for cross-border and domestic transactions.
Analyze financial data to identify historical and future financial performance, including quality of earnings, working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks.
Prepare detailed financial due diligence reports that communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
Collaborate with other teams to provide integrated transaction support services.
Manage and develop junior team members, ensuring high-quality work and professional growth.
Maintain direct communication with clients, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
Participate in business development activities, including networking and presentations.
Qualifications:
A professional accounting / finance qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent)
At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence, audit, or transaction advisory services.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
