- Owner Demand processes like Demand Discovery, Planning and Steering for all Lines of Services for the Market Unit.
- Aligns DG Goals at Market Unit -1 and Line of Services
- Is the key Orchestrator of Demand and help align Campaign and DG Engines to support overall demand
- Plans and runs flagship programs like Customer Innovation Workshops / APM participation / Pitstops etc.
- Drives / creates best practices to enable collaboration and integration across QC and Execution teams.
- Works closely with Market Unit Services Head to drive a plan aligned with MU Priorities
- Supports alignment with Key Stakeholders and Sources of Demand viz. Sales, Marketing, CSP and Digital Hub
