Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, prepare and publish time sensitive internal global communication deliverables, providing the appropriate level of information to target audiences through a variety of channels
  • Manage and host training and webinar/zoom meetings globally
  • Collect, measure and analyze project data to identify opportunities to improve our awareness program
  • Analyze and identify enhancements in an application release that will impact Client Service teams
  • Ensure creation of project scope plan and creation of project schedule
  • Create the project quality management plan, identify quality standards and metrics to measure achievement of these standards
  • Identify project risks, perform probability and impact analysis, determine responses to risks, track risks, and execute responses as needed
  • Manage and drive timely delivery of project milestones and key activities
  • Proactively manage and provide timely updates to SharePoint, websites and other collaborative tools
  • Identify, track and work with global stakeholders to close project issues
  • Develop subject matter expertise to apply to readiness and communication deliverables
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to turn complex messages into effective, very concise communications and adapt delivery to target audience as required
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook including designing email templates, Word, Visio and SharePoint required
  • Self-driven, goal oriented, and quick learner
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure, respond to tight deadlines and exercise excellent judgement in setting or adjusting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to details
  • Strong team player with the ability to operate independently with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Flexible with proven ability to conform and successfully managing shifting priorities, demands, timelines while delivering consistent, high-quality work
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Knowledge of automation tools and excel macros a plus


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
