You will have the opportunity to establish new strategic initiatives with key customers/partners, define go-to-market (GTM) strategies for GenAI and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand existing markets, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities. This involves activities include market sizing, building an opportunity pipeline, working with customers to understand technical requirements for proof-of-concepts, creating content to train the field teams, driving industry thought-leadership, working with product teams to define new features, and identifying partners and potential acquisitions.You will drive the development and execution of the GTM plan with strategic GenAI partners for building and scaling GenAI solutions cutting across several AWS services and solutions. You will work across GenAI BD & Solution Architect (SA) teams to interact with customers to understand their business problems, and work with partners and AWS SAs to define and implement scalable GenAI solutions to solve them. You will conduct external/internal evangelism, and develop and publish thought leadership assets such as blogs and case studies.Key job responsibilities
• Leverage your deep domain expertise in AI/ML or GenAI to create best in class field enablement and sales strategy.
• Support field teams in solution building for high priority customers.
• Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.
• Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and be able to credibly represent AWS at industry events, conferences, symposiums, etc.

- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of relevant GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience
- 5+ years of GenAI and/or AIML experience
