What you`ll do

• We are seeking a talented Application Provisioning Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for provisioning and configuring applications to meet the needs of our clients, ensuring seamless deployment and optimal performance.

• Coordinate the provisioning and deployment of applications for our clients, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
• Implement automation tools and processes to streamline the provisioning and deployment of applications, improving efficiency and scalability.
• Conduct thorough testing of provisioned applications to verify functionality, performance, and compatibility with client environments.
• Diagnose and resolve provisioning issues, working closely with development and operations teams to implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of provisioning processes, configurations, and deployment procedures to facilitate troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
• Take part in provisioning related projects.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4-5 Yrs. Proven experience in application provisioning and deployment, preferably in a software development or IT services environment.
• Strong understanding of application architectures, deployment models, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Solid communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Experience with SAP tools such as CRM, SPC are a plus.
• Shift Hours 2.00 PM to 11.00 PM IST.
