About the Role:

As a Facilities Planner II, you will help manage and optimize our Arbor Lakes and Weaver Lake facilities located in Maple Grove, MN. Your key responsibilities will include planning, effective management of customer requests related to move, add, change activities, as well as furniture coordination. Additionally, you will manage interior renovation and reconfiguration projects. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service throughout project completion will be essential, ensuring compliance with BSC’s global design guidelines while maintaining accurate building site master drawings.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

  • Performing space planning and design for multi-building and multi-campus business.
  • Maintain accurate data on space categories, space users and space allocations.
  • Maintain accurate record drawings in CAD and CAFM software.
  • Managing all aspects of projects including programming, schematic design, design development, budget development and tracking, contractor and construction management, and move coordination.
  • Coordination with consultant (A&E) team, vendors, construction team, customer team, and related cross functional BSC teams (i.e. IT, A/V, facilities services, etc)
  • Engaging the customer in the process for successful change management and project execution.
  • Managing more than one project at a time with the ability to drive towards set project schedules.
  • Making decisions based on experience, data, and design guidelines.
  • Ability to take information and clearly define project options into impactful presentations.
  • Ability to turn challenges into successful resolutions – looks at change positively.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required with interior design concentration preferred
  • 1-3 years of related work experience
  • CAD, Facility management software (CAFM), Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point experience
  • Project management experience

Maximum Salary: $ 110500

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
