  • Champion buyer advocacy

What You Will Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in buyer experience, customer experience, product management, operations, or a related field.

  • Strong leadership and critical thinking skills , with the ability to influence across teams and senior partners.

  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and translating insights into action .

  • Proven ability to develop robust data-driven cases that support critical initiatives.

  • Strong competence in using persuasion to navigate a matrixed organization, driving prioritization and execution of key initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities , capable of articulating complex concepts and driving alignment.

  • Passion for improving customer experiences and shaping the future of global eCommerce.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment , managing multiple priorities effectively.

  • Experience in eCommerce, international markets, or logistics is highly desirable.
