Your Impact
Working with local and external teams, you will primarily oversee the development of next-generation network solutions, from initial requirements to production readiness. You will become a key player in the hardware team to define and develop high-end solutions that will be used in next-generation telecom network infrastructures deployed around the world!!!
- Develop your hardware architect aptitudes by conducting feasibility studies, systems definition, requirements & design specifications.
- Collaborating on project plans, performing risk assessments, and participating in status meetings to report progress, risks, issues, or blockers.
- Guide teams to help them make the best technological decisions to design new hardware solutions that outperform the competition.
- Define layout guidelines to meet SI/PI and timing requirements.
- Leading and optimizing a multidisciplinary hardware development process (electrical, optical, mechanical, thermal, certification, manufacturing).
- Organize, lead and facilitate hardware design reviews with all teams of interest.
- Define test plans, board bring-up, system integration, system validation against requirements, specifications & standards.
- Keep up to date with the latest regulatory standards, define certification test plans, develop reflexes to design products ready for certification, perform pre-compliance tests, take ownership of the final phase of certification and support the agencies.
