• Oversee the planning and execution of the Global Sales Training Plan.
• Deliver top-tier internal and external training to Sales and Account Management teams.
• Manage the customer certification program for brands and agencies.
• Identify needs and maintain an ongoing relationship with Account Managers.

What you'll bring:

• 2-3 years of experience in sales training or certification roles.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong data-driven and collaborative approach.
• Budget management skills.
• Advanced understanding of media sales dynamics and tools.
