Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Associate's degree, trade school certification, other verifiable training in a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience including lab equipment support and maintenance.
- Experience in two of the following: thermal chamber and electrical equipment support, cadence layout tool, electrical testing, devices/sensors, network support etc.
- Experience with soldering, disassembly/assembly of consumer electronic devices.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a technical/engineering role, facilities management, equipment support, engineering/testing, electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of good lab practices, enforcing compliance to SOPs and enforcing proper lab etiquette.
- Ability to specify and install test equipment, safety equipment, and knowledge of facilities work and capability to troubleshoot.
- Ability to enforce Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization and external contractors when necessary.
- Ability to take initiative, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and communicate clearly and effectively.
