Description -

The Presales Engineer will work closely with our sales team to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle. This role involves understanding customer requirements, designing and presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of our advanced computing products.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions that meet their requirements.

  • Design and present customized product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) projects to potential clients.

  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and workshops to educate customers on the benefits and features of our advanced computing solutions.

  • Provide technical responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information).

  • Manage Benchmark and platform certification.

  • Work with the product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.

  • Assist in the creation of sales proposals, including pricing and solution design.

  • Ensure smooth handover to the implementation team post-sale and provide ongoing technical support as needed.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in advanced computing.

  • Engage with Channel Partners, manage events and Keynotes.

Who you are?

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a presales or technical sales role, preferably in the advanced computing or IT industry.

  • Strong technical knowledge of advanced computing solutions, including but not limited to AI, machine learning, high-performance computing (HPC), and cloud computing.

  • Experience and knowledge with specific advanced computing technologies (e.g., GPU computing, quantum computing), Cybersecurity trends and solutions.

  • Knowledge of industry-specific applications and use cases, particularly in AEC, CAD, and Media & Entertainment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

  • Experience with solution design and architecture.

  • Familiarity with sales processes.

  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

  • Fluency in French and English.
