What a typical day looks like:

  • Workforce administration, including onboarding, termination, contract management, P-file etc.
  • Time & Attendance management, including abnormal attendance handling, leaves/OT input and verification, monthly & termination attendance closing, PTO/OT/attrition reports providing etc.
  • Assist in commercial insurance administration.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by leader.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • College Degree and above.
  • 1 year+ related working experience or those with HR working experience in large enterprise are preferred.
  • Good capability of English in reading and writing.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, taking seriously in working, being good at communicating with others.
