What a typical day looks like:
- Workforce administration, including onboarding, termination, contract management, P-file etc.
- Time & Attendance management, including abnormal attendance handling, leaves/OT input and verification, monthly & termination attendance closing, PTO/OT/attrition reports providing etc.
- Assist in commercial insurance administration.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by leader.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- College Degree and above.
- 1 year+ related working experience or those with HR working experience in large enterprise are preferred.
- Good capability of English in reading and writing.
- Strong sense of responsibility, taking seriously in working, being good at communicating with others.
