Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related technical discipline AND10+years experiencebuilding software and complex services.
• Strong experience in ReactJS, React Native, Java script and modern frontend technologies for building rich and performant UX
• Strong experience working with distributed systems/Microservices architectures
• 3+years experienceas an Engineering peopleleader
• Proventrack recordof forming, mentoring, and growing strong engineering teams
• Effective communication/collaboration skills, ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize issues

• Lead the definition of requirements,prioritiesand planning of engineering deliverables.
• Apply strong engineering principles for defining robust/maintainable architectures andoperational excellence. Helpestablishand drive the adoption of good coding standards and patterns.
• Collaborate broadly across multiple disciplines fromPM, Design and People Scientiststo createcustomer delighting AI experiences in Viva.
• Develop collaborative partnerships across stakeholders to advance the team’s missionand helpthe team toplan and execute technical deliverables.
