Data Collection Specialists will need to learn quickly, execute the recruitment and collection procedure accurately, record data, and document any needed information associated to data. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal skills. S/He should be able to contribute to improvements in data collection projects by identifying any issues in tools and suggesting enhancements and understand changes to collection protocol in response to data needs and workflows. Passion for data, efficiency, and accuracy as well as proactive behavior in addressing issues and problems is a huge plus.Key job responsibilities- Provide support for recruitment, data collection and project execution- Manage/support escalation on predefined tasks
- Highlight issues and challenges to leads and managers as required- Identify and report operational inefficiencies, SOP enhancements and process improvementsA day in the life

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication, strong organizational skills and very detailed-oriented • Experience working in a corporate environment • Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment •Practical knowledge of machine learning data processing needs and trade-offs • Experience working with prototype assets • Experience in research or data collection • A good sense of humor, a positive attitude, and great team work skills are a must
