Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
Experience investigating security vulnerabilities and exploits
Professional security vulnerability case management, triage, and communication or equivalent experience
Demonstrated knowledge of the Security Development Lifecycle (SDL)
In-depth knowledge or strong demonstrated capacity to learn product and service security concepts
Ability to distill and explain complex technical and security concepts to different types of audiences
Experience collaborating with the security vulnerability research community
Responsibilities
Drive Microsoft’s end-to-end security vulnerability response process for speed, transparency, and collaboration in partnership with stakeholders across the company.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to represent Microsoft with external individuals and organizations reporting security vulnerabilities to Microsoft.
Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance data to identify and recommend process improvements and automation.
Collect and analyze security researcher, partner, and customer feedback to identify and recommend improvements to the end-to-end response process and external and internal engagement.
