Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of technology sales experience, including 5 years of experience selling cloud computing solutions.
- 15 years of experience in, or working with, the public sector.
- 10 years of sales leadership experience, managing and growing a team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading and scaling teams consisting of multiple levels of management.
- Experience leading large-scale businesses, and ability to work with high levels of ambiguity and complexity as the business evolves.
- Understanding of how various cloud technologies work together to drive deeper technology adoption within the existing large account base.
- Demonstrated ability to build a business or new markets from scratch and see it through growth.
- Ability to build a high-performing sales team and an excellent team culture.
- Ability to grow/scale businesses, and develop long-term strategic relationships with accounts.
