What you will accomplish:
Communicate effectively with state agencies regarding title & registration related matters
Develop & utilize 50 state DMV knowledge related to title and registration processing, adhering to multi-state compliance
Leverage title & registration expertise to solve complex transaction matters
Maintain and influence Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and effectiveness
Contribute to smooth customer experiences, delivering a standard of white-glove-service
What you will bring:
Experience with DMV operations within the automotive industry
Knowledge of purchase and sale documentation and associated processes required
Automotive industries experience and knowledge of automobile terminology required
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer software and Microsoft office applications
Effective communication skills via any means with individuals of any level internally and externally, employing a consultative approach
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
Where & When You Will Work:
Remote from the US
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, available shifts 6am - 2pm PST, 8am - 4pm PST, 10am - 6pm PST
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
