As a multimedia designer, this position requires you to create digital and interactive content for video-based training. The position requires to collect requirements for a training video, lead the pre-production of the video, be able to setup the shoots with ability to perform the roles of a video recorder, director of the production and finally have the ability to fully post-produce the video training content. As a multimedia designer, you develop special effects using audio, video, graphics, and other electronic media. Your job duties include operating different kinds of video equipment and integrate all the post-production techniques to enhance the video presentations. Ability to work with dense technical material is a must. The intense timelines may require working with talent on different time zones and revising the video content several times based on the customer requests.
Software and Toolset Skills:
Demonstrably strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator and Photoshop along the following lines:
Premiere Pro for:
Video editing and final rendering
Synced multi-cam workflows
Basic audio mixing
Green screen chroma keying/compositing
After Effects for:
Motion tracking, camera tracking, 2D and text animations.
Creating lower thirds, logo reveals, intro/outro bumpers etc.
Using “dynamic link” to improve on Premiere Pro sequences
Audition for:
Cleaning up and processing dialogue audio files
Illustrator for:
Preparing vectorized designs to be animated in After Effects
Photoshop for:
Fixing minor blemishes in images or to cover up confidential information in documents
Experience with Open Broadcast Software (OBS) Studio, or equivalent tools
Experience with teleprompter applications from Google Play Store or Apple App Store
Equipment expertise:
Operation of a broad array of live production equipment which include a camera switcher (such as Blackmagic ATEM), signal converters, video recorders & audio mixers/recorders etc.
In-depth knowledge about lighting techniques for corporate style, interview style, and product demo videos.
Knowledgeable about set design elements and compositions
Operation of CoB style studio LED lights and RGB accent lights such as Backlighting, 3-point lighting, Rim lighting, Cross lighting etc.
Experience to skillfully operate live-production grade cameras (Blackmagic Studio Camera) and/or mirrorless DSLRs (Panasonic GH5)
Operation of camera motion systems such as sliders, gimbals, dolly etc.
Operation of wireless microphone systems and boom mics
Experience with c-stands, light stands and grip tricks
Demonstrable ability to troubleshoot and solve a wide range of common problems that may arise with software and equipment at runtime
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in related/equivalent of Communications, Media Arts, Fine Arts, Film, Television or Graphic Design.
Bachelors degree is required;
Preferred QualificationsMasters degree is highly preferred.

Pay range:
$83,500.00 - $125,500.00
