About the Role:Twitch's Enterprise Systems Engineering team develops and maintains services and integrations to manage Twitch employee identity and improve productivity. We are looking for a Systems Development Engineer. With your peers, you’ll help maintain and enhance Twitch’s internal systems including Okta, Google Workspace, ServiceNow, Slack, Atlassian Jira/Confluence and the glue that connects all of the systems together. You’ll leverage AWS infrastructure to integrate systems, or provide self service tooling to allow our employees to be more productive. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Enterprise Systems Engineering.You Will:
- Build solutions on AWS using CDK to support internal systems
- Develop data integrations between applications
- Assist in the maintenance and operations of critical third-party infrastructure like Atlassian Jira/Confluence, GitHub Enterprise
- Manage configurations for enterprise applications
- Create and maintain documentation around processes and workflows important to infrastructure and tooling- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure high availability and prompt incident response

- 1+ years of programming experience in one of the following languages: Python, Go, or TypeScript
- 1+ years of experience with several AWS Services and products
- Experience automating administrative and configuration tasks
- Good troubleshooting skills at all levels, from application to network to host
- A basic understanding of infrastructure as code concepts
