Responsibilities:
Drives the coordinated management of interdependent projects over a finiteperiod of timein order tomeet specificAnnual Planninggoals. Ensures thetimelydelivery of key programs to meet requirements and timeline with efficient usage of organizational resources.
Partners withSales Teams, Finance, Compensation,Techand Business teamstoestablish
objectives, and timelines.
Partners with Business, Technology, and PMO leadership to align resources to program delivery requirements. Ensuresappropriate domainresources are engaged. Helps define creative solutions to address resourcing challenges.
leveragingscrum-of-scrums as needed. Facilitates executive-level escalations and program-level change management.
Monitors health of program delivery. Tracks program-level status, risks,issues
stakeholdersand executive management asrequired
identifyimprovement opportunities. Evangelizes and integrates desired changestoenable continuous improvement.
