What will you do:
- Develop & Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns : Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including paid media, email, social, webinars, content syndication, ABM, and events.
- End-to-End Demand Gen for Campaigns : Drive execution, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned, deliverables are met, and timelines & budgets are maintained.
- Optimize for Revenue Impact: Measure and refine campaigns using critical KPIs, including pipeline influence, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
- Leverage AI & Automation: Utilize AI-driven marketing tools, analytics platforms, and automation to optimize campaign performance, targeting, and personalization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Sales Enablement, and external agencies to align strategies and maximize impact.
- Content Strategy & Creative Execution: Work with designers and content teams to develop compelling marketing assets that align with campaign goals.
- Performance Reporting & Insights: Track key campaign metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to inform future strategies.
What you bring to Fortinet:
- 3-5 years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing
- Experience in developing and executing full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer behavior, IT personas, and enterprise sales cycles
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Experience with AI-driven marketing, personalization, and analytics tools is a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and content engagement platforms like PathFactory
- Strong analytical skills—able to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and make data-backed decisions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $94,100 - $121,800 Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
