What you’ll do

Position title: Cloud Success Services – Early Career Talent

Type of Contract: Temporary

Duration: 6 up to 12 months

Role Description

General role tasks and requirements:

• Keep updated Customer Dashboard
• Executive Internal Summaries
• Alert potential risks in regards Cloud Consumption.
• Regular communications with SAP Partners across South Region (Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Bolivia, and Paraguay)
• Generate and regularly send key information to Key Stakeholders
• To be accountable for updating the proper information within SAP systems.
• Anticipate any type of risk about Cloud Projects in customers.
• Be able to lead multiple conversations with Partners and internal teams in regards Cloud Adoption.
• Generate specific ad-hoc presentations for Councils and internal meetings.

What you bring

- Education

• Must be a recent graduate.
• Preferably in the field of Civil Engineering or Comercial Engineering.
• Administration, or related courses students are also welcome to apply.

- Requirements and Experience

• Intermediate / Advanced English
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of automations with Office 365
• Intermediate in Microsoft Project
• Excellent analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills.
• Good communicator who likes to work in a multinational team environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong in teamwork and ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Able to demonstrate strong analytical skills
• Can confidently work under pressure
• Time management to arrange a weekly and monthly time schedule
