The team mainly covers 1. structured note with equity underlying, 2. mutual fund distribution(投信). We are looking for a candidate who is detail orientated, punctual and accurate, can communicate well, can work successfully with others as a team and who can take initiative to solve problems & findsolutions/remediationactions by working closely with their colleagues, the business and other support and control teams. The role includes both external & internal interaction with Front Office, Operations, Technology, and participating in a variety of initiatives/projects to improve operational processes by maintaining a level of control, and to improve our technical platform/MO processes/controls, and to meet Market/Regulatory requirements.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Collaborate and partner with regional / global and internal/ external stakeholders
• Resolve day-to-day issues and escalate as needed; recommend solutions to resolve complex issues
• Monitor and provide solutions to errors to minimize risk to the firm
• Participate in the implementation of assigned projects, including new products, services and upgrades to platforms
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
