What You’ll Do

Work in a fast-paced start-up-like environment defining innovation in security. You’ll distill a vision into a compelling roadmap that focuses on solving customers' complex security problems and delivering measurable customer outcomes.

Identify customer problems and work with UX and Engineering to develop customer solutions aligned with product roadmap goals.

  • Analyze and break-down sophisticated business problems into discrete user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Own and drive the future of AI capabilities in Cisco Hypershield
  • Take the lead and spearhead unknown threat detection using eBPF capabilities
  • Partner with UX to deliver on a generative AI based administrative experience for a security admin
  • Deliver intent based policy model definition and auto- generation capabilities to solve anomaly detections as well as network segmentation
  • Work with engineering and UX teams to deliver user stories, ensuring the product delivered meets the customer's needs.
  • Prioritize the product backlog, with regular reviews.
  • Validate requirements and resulting products with customers and design partners to ensure success.
  • Develop product success metrics and structure an effective experimentation framework in partnership with our research team.

You are a passionate and ambitious Product Manager, experienced in quickly delivering customer value and working with distributed engineering teams.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Product experience in a software industry
  • Experience building SaaS and/or software products from early stages to initial adoption.
  • Experience with one or more of AI, LLMs, Machine Learning and Graph Analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • You have a passion for great products with phenomenal experiences, and you believe in product simplicity.
  • You have experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria and are comfortable letting your written words speak for you across teams and time zones.
  • You're a strong advocate of lean startup principles, user experience, and design thinking.
