Responsibilities
Initiate and build partnerships with Management, Sales Operations,Collections/Accounting,Shipping, Export Compliance,Customers,and all other dependent departmentsregardingquote to cashoperations, billing/payment issues and customer specific terms and conditions.
Order to Cashstrategy, messaging, and positioningofF5’s value proposition and solutions for businessobjectivesto both internal and external teams.
terms & conditions, pricing, and completeness ofcustomer contractsand agreementsin support of F5’s Sarbanes Oxley compliance policies.
nterglobalorders for product & initial service, consulting,and subscriptions inorderentrysystemsutilizingproper configuration and licensing methods.
identifytechnical gaps in our systems, open change requests with TS, test solutions andoversee implementation.
Manage cross functionalvirtualteamsas a Business Ownerto deliverdifferentiatedprogramswithintheOrder to Cashprocesswith well-defined Objectives & Key Results.
Monitor project progress and set up performance goals, evaluate completion of KPIs and pivot when deviating from stated goals.
uphold a contribution percentage of12% with an error rate below 3%.
Develop and implement AI solutions to standard work processes to build efficiencies and improve accuracy of work.

Partner withSeniorRevenue Operations SpecialistandManagementwithprojectsofvaryingscopeas assigned;exercise judgement within procedures and practices to determineappropriate action. Update stakeholdersas projects progress and independently drive completionof taskswithleadership involvement as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or accredited certificationrequired.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
