You will work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, identify and define key business metrics, and align regional teams on consistent definitions and data sources. You will drive the end-to-end development of both front-end reports and back-end data infrastructure, create and manage milestones aligned to the product roadmap, and build a comprehensive metrics catalog and data dictionary. You will communicate the progress, risks, and strategic impact to senior leadership.Key job responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering working closely with BIEs, DEs, BAs, and business stakeholders to build a scalable, intuitive reporting platform.
- Drive global alignment on key performance metrics — harmonizing definitions, dimensions, and data sources across regions and stakeholder groups.
- Define end-to-end requirements for both the front-end (dashboards/visualizations) and back-end (data lakehouse/data infrastructure) components of the platform.
- Partner with Data Engineering to design and scale data pipelines and architecture to support near real-time and batch reporting use cases.- Design and maintain robust reporting solutions, including automated dashboards, recurring reports, and self-service tools.
- Conduct deep-dives and exploratory analysis to identify trends, surface opportunities, and influence roadmaps.

- 6+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in SQL and experience working with large-scale data systems.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience defining and managing KPIs and business metrics in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
