Product Industrialization Engineer-IGTS

As a Product Industrialization Engineer within Image Guided Therapy Systems you design, change and implement a high quality, high performing production line for Medical X-ray Devices in a low volume industry. You will be working in a cross functional, global team with different nationalities.
Your role:

• Identifies, designs, implements and validates manufacturing processes, tools and equipment enabling quality and efficiency
• Involves manufacturing in new product introductions
• Standardizes across various production sites in scope
• Executes process technology development activities
• Ensures Manufacturing input in new product introduction based on DfMAT
• Creates Quality Control Plan and Work Instructions
• Obtains, qualifies & installs equipment and supports ramp-up of the process at the production site
• Supports in reviewing suppliers manufacturing capabilities
• Applies lean manufacturing principles
• Employs equipment, practices, and procedures which promote a healthy, safe, and secure work environment
• Executes the processes and standards with embedded quality into the way of working including adherence to compliance with safety,
• Executes Capex optimization for investments

Education

• Mechanical/Electrical engineer – Must and needed.
• Sound knowledge on setting up production lines.
