• Define Regional Strategy – Develop and execute a long-term strategic vision for Uber’s delivery business in Central Europe, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities.
• Drive Planning & Performance – Lead business planning, financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI tracking to support decision-making and resource allocation.
• Lead High-Impact Projects – Oversee strategic initiatives such as geographical strategy, market expansions, pricing strategies, and operational efficiencies to enhance Uber’s market position.
• Stakeholder Management – Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities.

• 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or business intelligence, with a track record of driving measurable business impact.
• Strong business acumen – Ability to break down complex problems, develop practical solutions, and execute with precision.
• Exceptional analytical skills – Comfortable working with large datasets, financial models, and business intelligence tools to drive decision-making.
• Outstanding communication & stakeholder management – Ability to engage with senior executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Project & Program Management expertise – Experience handling multiple strategic initiatives, balancing short-term execution with long-term vision.
• Bias for action – A proactive, go-getter mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Understanding of Germany and Poland– Familiarity with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations in the region is a plus.
