Responsibilities
Perform the complete life cycle of the trade, from pre-trade to execution and post-trade.
Support Asia-based institutional equity clients by leveraging extensive and comprehensive specialized knowledge and understanding of Asia Pacific country-specific economics and local company valuations.
Contribute to quarterly marketing to the respective region for origination purposes.
Utilize knowledge of the broad scope of Institutional Clients, across Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Insurance Companies, Sovereigns, Banks, and their respective needs.
Collaborate with Trading, Research, Structuring, and Operation groups to facilitate client requests and market various equity derivative products.
Ensure proper client registration with onboarding, legal and risk teams.
Leverage deep product expertise and technical knowledge of geometric and vanilla dispersion, relative value variance spreads, correlation products, and asset optimization for Asia-based institutional equity clients.
Apply specialized knowledge of key operational aspects to non-vanilla product set and effective modeling for Asia-based institutional equity clients.
Utilize financial analysis of quantitative derivatives to generate ideas and facilitate equity derivatives trades, where equity derivatives product suite includes listed and over-the-counter (OTC) single stock, ETF and index options, structured notes, as well as listed futures and ETFs. Swaps (e.g., swaps on equity, volatility, variance, dispersion, or structured indices).
Source potential market needs and opportunities for customers to express their trading views, while matching the bank’s offering and client needs.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Operations Research, Business Administration, Finance or related; and
5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
Leveraging deep product expertise and technical knowledge of geometric and vanilla dispersion, relative value variance spreads, correlation products, and asset optimization for Asia-based institutional equity clients;
Applying specialized knowledge of key operational aspects to non-vanilla product set and effective modeling for Asia-based institutional equity clients;

5% international travel required, as necessary.
