Your Profile:

• Data Analysis and reporting – ability to manage large amounts of employee data to drive processes, obtain relevant insights, identify trends and measure results.
• Project Management: ability to track progress, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Document Management and Recordkeeping: Skills in managing and organizing employee files—whether in physical or digital formats.
• Process Improvement Methodologies: identifying inefficiencies and streamlining HR processes.
• Microsoft Excel (or Equivalent): Advanced Excel skills, like data manipulation, pivot tables, and basic data analysis, are useful for managing and analyzing HR data.

Education and Experience Required:

• Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor degree inJune 2026.
• Preferably studyingHuman Resource Management, Organizational Psychology,Business Administration, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
