• PhD's degree in a technical field such as computational chemistry
• Solid research experience in computational chemistryrequired
• A solid foundation in electronic structures, quantum chemistry, or chemical reactions.
• Software development experience in quantum chemistry, proficient in at least one language among FORTRAN, C++, Python.

This roleAzure Quantum Elementswill createAzure services that are designed to caterfor demanding HPC workloads(think classical supercomputer.These services will blend traditional HPCAI &Quantum accelerators(both third party and first partyhardware).agile and able to adapt to changing conditions and priorities aswe learn and grow.excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

• Develop quantum chemistry solutions combining Quantum, HPC and AI technology
• Develop workflows to solve computational chemistryproblem.
• Work with customers to understand their problems in the space of computational chemistry
• Prepare the detailed software specifications and test plans
• Modifyexisting programs to new standards and conduct unit testing of developed programs
• Create migration packages for system testing, user testing, and implementation
• Provide quality assurance reviews
• Perform post-implementation validation of software and resolve any bugs found during testing
