Here's what you'll need
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (i.e. 4 years, progressive experience in a closely related position)
- Strong initiative with the ability to multitask and collaborate, executing projects effectively with minimal oversight
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically excel, for reporting and data management(preferred ability to create and modify pivot tables, charts, and graphs) and PowerPoint (creative presentation design skills with charts and graphs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create engaging presentations and internal/external communications, and confidence to interface with all levels of staff/leadership
- Located within a commutable distance from our Dallas, TX office (within 50 miles) or ability to relocate without company assistance. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
- Must not require sponsorship, now or in the future.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- 3 - 5 years of work experience in talent acquisition within a technical, engineering, or construction industry and/or early careers/ university relations
- Familiarity with OFCCP & EEO hiring laws and ATS & CRM technologies
- Experience with Avature ATS
