What you will do:- Contribute to the overall quality and testing strategy for the SDK team, with a focus on our game engine plugins, advocating for improvements to test infrastructure and tools where necessary
- Drive design and implementation of automation tests and the tools and infrastructure needed to support automation
- Debug issues with a variety of tools and identify root causes in close partnership with SDK engineers
- Manually test new features and integration points that are difficult to automate
- Contribute to test games and sample code that integrate and utilize the SDK
- Gather and analyze operational data to gain insights on how to improve test stability, performance, and developer engagement.

What skills are important to us?- We value aptitude over experience, but here are some key skills that will make you successful on this team:
- Experience writing automated tests and using them to power short feedback cycles in a continuous integration environment
- Experience with Unity or Unreal and automated testing of plugins and bindings in those environments (other game engines a plus)
- Strong programming knowledge and hands-on experience with C++ or C#
- Experience with build and test orchestration tools such as Jenkins
- Experience developing or testing third-party SDKs is a plus
- Experience with native mobile development (iOS and Android) or other cross-platform experience is a plus
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is$270,000 - $720,000.
