- 4+ years experience of network fundamentals, robust troubleshooting skills, strong IP networking fundamentals and extensive experience in one or more of the following: TCP, UDP, DNS or DHCP
- 4+ years of experience with one or more major internet routing protocols; BGP, OSPF, etc.
- Experience with major router platforms such as Cisco & Juniper devices
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Shell, Perl etc.

- Experience with one or more of the following technologies: STP, PVST, First Hop Redundancy Protocols, EtherChannel, QoS , NTP , 802.1x & NetFlow.
- Experience with IPSec / Remote Access VPN technologies such as Firewalls (ASA) , Wireless (802.11x)
- CCNP/CCIE certification is a plus
- Experience in lab-testing & certification of networking devices
