Consistent delivery of product builds to ensure new product ramp
Executes production according to the appropriate instructions.
Ability to independently work with Production Associates to resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment and product design.
Perform visual inspections and advanced troubleshooting encompassing multiple variables and unknowns to achieve root cause analysis and problem resolution.
Executes test and manufacturing procedures using knowledge of equipment and processes.
Ability to work cross functionally with different stakeholders; including other technicians, manufacturing engineers, and production leaders.
Associate’s degree; or a High School diploma and at least 3 years technical experience.
Ability to logically troubleshoot at subsystem and system level using identifiable problem-solving techniques.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to draw accurate conclusions from test data, malfunctions, or deviations and assist with corrections to the existing design or process.
Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information.

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Technology related fields.
Knowledge and understanding of production process, work instructions, documentation configuration control, non-conforming, and rework documentation.
5 or more years of experience troubleshooting equipment.
Lean concepts and applications.
Familiarity with eDHR (Electronic Device History Record/GE HealthCare Internal System for FDA Regulation) and MyWorkshop.
