- Break-fix of servers and network devices
- Troubleshooting of network connections
- Responding to high-severity events within SLAs
- Contributing to and/or leading projects- Seeking out ways to improve yourself and the processes and systems with which you work
- Inclusion in special program after one year

About Data Center:

- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
- 1+ years of computer networking experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
