HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Build an end-to-end, cloud-based network using production software (deployment and integration of different sw elements on cloud)
- Utilize simulators to generate call flows for comprehensive testing
- Develop full automation processes for deployment, integration, and testing 4G and 5G Core elements.
- Test planning: Determine strategies for the upcoming release to incorporate solutions to identified problems.
- Create documentation: Generate comprehensive reports and documentation for the identified issues, including RCA/EDA findings.
- Foster collaboration: Collaborate closely with R&D engineers, product and project managers to address support tickets effectively.
- Solve problems: Swiftly identify and resolve infrastructure or software related issues.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Electrical Engineering, Computer Science / Engineering or related fields.
- Some knowledge in telco architecture and their operating systems
- Basic understanding of container technologies such as Docker, and Kubernetes, along with familiarity with Helm
- Able to work with cloud and microservices platform and/or with IT servers
- Experience in Devops or Verification including scripting, simulators, test automation
- Experience in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go for automation and configuration tasks
- Expertise in developing and executing detailed test plans and reports.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex sw and hardware issues.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, TCP/IP, and firewall configurations
- Familiarity with Linux administration, including command line usage, file systems, and user management
- In addition, candidates must have fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
