  • This role is located in - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
  • Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must ​relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.
  • This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 50%.
Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • , Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 2+years experiencein procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles
    • ORMaster's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles
    • OR equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
  • Model and analyzeenergy supply agreements, electric power markets, and financial forecasts needed to support power sourcingstrategies in the United Statesto ensure optimized power costs, and support regular business reporting to finance,legal, and otherinfrastructure, planning andacquisitionteams
  • the negotiation of energy supply agreements and electric tariffs to secure power infrastructurewhile alsodelivering on Microsoft’s sustainabilitycommitments
  • and develop business authorizationdocumentationfor CO+I leadershiptosecure Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teamsupport on data center energy infrastructure delivery
  • Support data center energyinitiatives through due diligence and internal business reviews
  • Route, track, review,andmonitorkey contracts, agreements, and other instruments needed to support our energy strategy
