Grade technical lab challenges that are part of the CyberArk certification program.
Help to create and maintain automated lab publishing processes used by Course owners, Curriculum Developers, and other cross-functional teams.
Identify additional opportunities for automation of grading and curriculum publication processes.
Help to design and develop new labs based on requirements provided by course owners and subject matter experts.
Assist in the design, implementation, and review of guides for hands-on lab offerings
Grade CyberArk certification exams according to established rubrics and standards
Provide detailed feedback to certification candidates on exam performance
Stay up to date on CyberArk features and best practices
Collaborate with senior team members on improving certification processes
Qualifications
BS in Network Engineering, Computer Science or related technical discipline or field of study.
Experience with implementing or developing enterprise software solutions
2 years of experience in software design or development, infrastructure architecture, or troubleshooting.
2-3 years’ experience with modern computing systems, especially with various authoring and publication formats (Microsoft Office, HTML, XML/CSS, Markdown, PDF).
CyberArk Defender or Sentry certification – will also be trained by CyberArk
1-2 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or related technical role
Knowledge of identity and access management principles
Experience with exam proctoring or grading
Degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or related field
Basic understanding of privileged access management concepts
Familiarity with cloud computing and SaaS platforms
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
