Perform diverse and complex assignments supporting GEHC product development and manufacturing.
Set up and operate data acquisition equipment for tests, conduct experiments, and document results.
Maintain accurate records of daily production output and other required documentation.
Provide data for formal reports (oral and written) and prepare disclosure letters for patentable ideas with guidance.
Make limited decisions related to specific tasks with guidance.
Primarily perform production work, with some flexibility and adaptability expected.
Comply with all EHS, Training, and Quality procedures and policies.
Conduct routine experiments, adjust variables as directed, and collect specified data.
Set up, modify, calibrate, maintain, and operate equipment based on detailed instructions.
Perform routine troubleshooting of processes or equipment and report irregularities to the supervisor.
Use Lean tools to improve established processes and metrics in daily work and participate in Action Workouts.
Share acquired skills and knowledge with others, train others on manufacturing processes.
Update OMS as needed.
Execute Tool Qualifications and assist in developing test scripts for tool qualifications.
Test glass imagers and fully built detectors using X-ray testers.
Load and unload products into X-ray testers.
Associate's degree in Applied Sciences (or local equivalent 2-year degree), OR a High School diploma (or local equivalent/GED) with a minimum of 1 years of technical experience.
Proficiency in understanding and interpreting basic written technical information.
Demonstrated ability to work well with general direction and information.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in utilizing computerized work systems.
