Role Outline/Job Summary

The APS team in Mumbai is responsible for the day to day operations of this application which includes managing systemic jobs, performing reconciliations, maintaining accurate attributes in the system, facilitating planning and forecasting functions, testing new functionalities and resolving user queries.

This position is responsible to manage specific area related to Billings and reporting intercompany transactions globally onto APSS including coordination with Global stakeholders. This position is required to work closely with Controllers group and Global Process Lead and Global Process Owner in designing and executing the BAU activities

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities:

Execute the Monthly billing and settlement activities Participate in strategy session with Global Process Owner and Global Process Lead and execution at process level Finalising the overall set-up and planning schedule and agreement with Controllers group Ideate reengineering initiatives to enhance the process workflow and controls in the process SME contribution / Lead Global projects and align changes required in APS for various initiatives Work closely with Global Process Lead in managing the overall process Manage senior stake holder in Controllers and FP&A groups and lead various calls Work on UAT, result evaluation and recommendations on various system enhancements and work closely with APS Development teams Complex trouble shooting for end-to-end Ensuring controls are maintained

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Management Information Systems or Accounting, Chartered Accountant

Masters / Finance Professional

3+ years of experience with domain expertise in Banking Finance Operations, System operations and / or management reporting

Experience in end-to-end process and Project Management

Ability to work independently with limited direction
Excellent analytical skills and a strong financial accounting background
