- Generate reports and analyze the performance of the store to extract actionable insights, and translate them into clear recommendations and plans.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience in digital commerce, marketing, customer experience, digital merchandising, or equivalent experience.
Fluent English and Chinese
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working closely with creative and UX teams to create innovative customer experiences. Knowledgeable of China marketplaces including Tmall, WeChat, etc.
BA/BS in related field
Experience enhancing digital merchandising performance through data-driven insights.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of China e-commerce platforms, regional retail trends, including shopping behaviors, consumer preferences and conversion optimization strategies.
Familiar with using platform analytics reporting tools, Adobe analytics and Tableau
