General Responsibilities
Set the strategic vision and roadmap for infrastructure delivery and integration across networking, AV, firewall, and asset lifecycle management
Lead the M&A technology integration function, evolving it into a high-speed, low-friction capability through playbook maturity, tooling, and automation
Drive a culture of automation, simplification, and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to modernize processes and reduce manual work
Collaborate cross-functionally with Building & Collaboration Project Managers and enterprise Network & AV teams to ensure delivery is seamless and aligned
Provide leadership on infrastructure modernization, vendor strategy, capacity planning, and lifecycle health
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, adaptable team that operates effectively today while growing into the future state vision
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 7 years of platform engineering experience in infrastructure, networking, or enterprise platform roles
At least 5 years of experience leading teams
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of technical project management, software engineering, infrastructure engineering, or enterprise technology leadership
8+ years of experience with infrastructure domains such as enterprise networking, AV systems, firewall, asset management, and physical space integration
5+ years of experience automating infrastructure delivery or operations to reduce manual effort, increase reliability, and scale services across distributed environments
5+ years of experience with scripting and automation tooling (python, ansible)
5+ years of experience leading or directly supporting M&A technology integrations.
5+ years experience developing standardized playbooks and reusable tooling
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field (Engineering, Computer Science)
